Is hosting really free — how is that possible?
Yes. Instead of a classic rented server, sites run in your own account on a network spread across the world. The free tier of this infrastructure is more than enough for a small-to-medium business site. Your only yearly cost is the domain name fee.
How long does it take to deliver a site?
It depends on scope; we clarify that during our first conversation. Sharing your content and images on time directly shortens the delivery timeline.
How does payment work?
Payment is a single one-time fee, determined by the scope we agree on: half up front, half on delivery. No monthly fee and no surprise invoices.
What can I change from the panel?
You can update content, prices, product/service information, and photos from your phone. No technical knowledge or computer needed.
Will the site really be mine, or will I stay dependent on you?
The site is set up in your own account — you hold the deed. Once delivered, our access is closed off; you're never dependent on anyone, not even us.
I already have a site — do you rebuild it or start from scratch?
Both are possible. We first talk through your current site and what's working and what isn't, then figure out the best path together.
Is an SSL certificate and security included?
Yes. SSL encryption and attack (DDoS) protection come switched on by default on every site. Since we don't use plugins, there's no server to breach or admin-panel exploit to crack either — you don't pay extra for this security.
