Cancellation / Refund

1. Service Description

uygunweb provides website design, setup, SEO, and management-panel services for businesses. Quotes given after our initial conversation are preliminary, based on the information shared at that time.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The information you share about your business (product/service list, content, photos) must be accurate and up to date.
• Providing Content: Sharing the text and images needed for the site on time directly affects the delivery timeline.

3. Pricing and Payment

• A single one-time fee, determined by the agreed scope: half up front, half on delivery.
• Requests outside the agreed scope (a new page, an extra integration, etc.) are billed separately.

4. Service Cancellation

If canceled after the deposit but before work has started, the deposit is refunded. For cancellations after design/development has begun, a reasonable deduction may be made from the deposit for the work already done. No refund is given once the site has been delivered.

5. Limits of Liability

uygunweb cannot be held responsible for third-party service outages beyond our control (domain provider, email service, etc.). Once the site is delivered, content updates through the panel are the customer's responsibility; situations requiring technical intervention outside the panel are evaluated separately.
